SWERP was formed as a specialty construction company to address the need to perform utility repairs where excavation would be too costly or disruptive to perform. SWERP quickly realized that there was an urgent need for “no-dig” rehabilitation services and became a full time rehabilitation contractor. Since its inception, SWERP has evolved into a full time specialty sewer rehabilitation contractor with a primary focus on installation of cured in place pipeliners in sewer mains and laterals as well as rehabilitation of manholes, vaults, etc. using state of the art lining techniques.
