· Spin-Cast Cement Based Liners: A durable solution to reinforce and seal manhole walls, ideal for restoring degraded surfaces. Ultra High Strength and corrosion resistant rehabilitation mortars are applied to interior manhole and wetwell surfaces via centrifugal spin cast at a thickness suitable to reconstruct the manhole to original dimensions. Cementitious liners can be applied as a structurally reinforced waterproof liner or as a structural base layer for topcoating with epoxies or installation of a cured in place liner for the highest degree of corrosion resistance.
· Sprayable Epoxies: High Strength / High Build Epoxy liners are applied to interior manhole surfaces via heated plural component spray, offering superior resistance to corrosion caused by sewer gasses and corrosive chemicals found in the industrial sector. Structural epoxy liners (application thickness >250 mils) can be achieved for heavily deteriorated structures under severe service conditions.
· Form-and-Pour Repairs: Full internal no-dig manhole replacement is achieved by forming and pouring a new concrete walls within the manhole. A Plastic liner can be integrated into the concrete pour, or the new walls can be lined with a high build epoxy liner for maximum corrosion resistance.
· Cured-in-Place Lining: A custom built, resin saturated fiberglass/pvc composite liner that is custom fabricated to the dimensions of the structure. This type of liner is lowered into the manhole and is steam cured under pressure. The end result is a seamless, corrosion resistant liner inside the existing structure, reinforcing it from within.
· Wet Well Rehabilitation: The above rehabilitation methods can be installed in most pump station wet wells to maintain function and protect against failure.
